A safe and empathic space where feelings can be better understood and self-esteem can flourish.

Creative psychotherapy can offer children and young people the tools to express themselves when words are too difficult. Sessions are child-led, meaning that they are not pressured to talk about anything they are not ready to discuss, however through play and art much can be expressed and processed.

I offer sessions to children and young people who have experienced/ are experiencing bereavement (including traumatic bereavement), anxiety, peer-relationship issues, family relationship issues (inc. divorce). All work would start with a discussion with caregivers and an assessment with the young person to understand whether therapy with me is best suited. I work closely with caregivers to help find ways forward, but the space offered to young clients is private, just for them; somewhere they can express themselves, share their thoughts and feelings, and develop a better understanding of themselves and the difficulties they are facing.

Book a consultation to discuss whether therapy with me might be a good fit for your child.
